Chicken in Oyster Sauce (蚝油鸡片)



Ingredients:

2 drumstick/ 400g chicken breast
4 cloves garlic


Seasoning:

2 tbsps soy sauce
2 tbsps oyster sauce
1/2 tbsps salt
1 tbsps sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
some pepper


Method:


  1. Skin, wash and shred drumstick/chicken meat. Mix well all the seasoning and marinate for at least 4-5 hours or overnight (put in the refrigerator in marinate overnight.
  2. Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil. Stir fry chopped garlic until fragrant. Add chicken. Stir fry awhile then add in some water. Fry till meat is cooked and add some water. Dish up and serve.




材料:

鸡腿/鸡胸肉      2支/400克
大蒜                    6 瓣


调味料:

酱油                 2大匙
蚝油                 2大匙

盐                     1/2 小匙
糖                     1大匙
玉蜀黍粉         1大匙
胡椒粉             少许



做法:


  1. 鸡腿/鸡胸肉切薄片,加入调味料腌约至少四至五小时或腌隔夜。(若腌隔夜请收入冰箱)
  2. 油锅内热油2大匙,大蒜爆香后,加入鸡片炒匀,烧入味后加点水,盛出即可。
